About our center

The Center for Systems Biology was established at the end of 2007 as one of the two applied mathematics interdisciplinary Centers at Soochow University. The mission of the Center is to integrate data, information, and knowledge at different omics levels, to integrate multidisciplinary approaches, for understanding cancer at the systems level. The concrete objectives include, but not limited to, the following:

1. To investigate the difference of the systems dynamic properties between the healthy and cancer states.

2. To develop algorithms to identify the specific pattern for specific cancer at a specific stage by meta-analysis;
